Partner Retains Complete Control Of End User Relationship
- Partners sell SCO Support, Professional and Consulting services to their customers, and SCO delivers the service.
- Partner can be named as authorized technical contact, if they elect to do so.
- Partner will receive monthly summary of technical activity between SCO and end user account
- All SCO contract renewal communication will be sent directly to the Channel partner.
