Binary Compatibility Modules
These are the packages (for UDK compatibility) that are necessary to install first in
order to install the J2SE or JDK on either SCO OpenServer Release 5 or SCO
UnixWare 2.1.x. Each Java version's Release Notes will indicate which
version of the Binary Compatibility Module it needs. These packages
are not necessary for installing any Java release on UnixWare 7 or Open UNIX 8.
Runtime Feature Supplements
These are the packages that are necessary to install first in
order to install some Java versions on UnixWare 7 Release 7.1.1 or 7.1.2 (Open UNIX 8).
Each Java version's Release Notes will indicate whether this is necessary.
These packages
are not necessary for installing any Java release on UnixWare 7 Release 7.1.3.
